Job Description

We are looking for a part-time sales assistant (m/f) to strengthen our team at our branch in Schattdorf, Switzerland. In this role, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales efforts for 40% of a full-time position.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide customers with product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and refunds
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Work with team members to achieve sales goals
• Contribute to visual merchandising and store layout
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions

Qualifications

• School diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good cash handling and basic arithmetic skills
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
• German language skills preferred, additional languages are a plus
