Your area of responsibility
- At one of our locations in Bern, Basel, Lucerne, Winterthur, St. Gallen, Rapperswil, Zug, or Zurich, you take responsibility and actively contribute to the success of our initiative
- You take care of training new employees and build a strong, committed advisory team
- You accompany our clients holistically in asset planning and organization and offer customized solutions
- You independently develop complex advisory concepts in the areas of investments, asset structuring, and tax optimization
- You manage our clients within the framework of individual asset management mandates and ensure that their long-term goals are achieved
- You are actively involved in target group-specific customer acquisition, whether through specialist seminars, webinars, or other representative tasks, and contribute to the growth of asset management mandates

Your strengths
- You have a university degree (Uni/FH)
- You are a strong acquisition personality, positive and proactive
- You bring professional experience in customer consulting/financial consulting
- You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to make a difference and take responsibility
- You recognize customer needs and are able to offer tailored solutions
- Ideally, you already manage your own client portfolio in the upper affluent segment and build sustainable customer relationships
- You are a competent contact person and have either proven expertise or great interest in the areas of investments, retirement, taxes, and financing
- You communicate fluently in German (native language) both orally and in writing; English and/or any other national language are an advantage
- Market-oriented base salary
