This is what the professional everyday life looks like

• Assuming leadership tasks as deputy head of OT/PT Geriatrics & Rehabilitation at the Bruderholz site as well as actively shaping the personnel and organisational development of the department
• Professional and organisational co-design of the department in close cooperation with the head of PT/OT Geriatrics & Rehabilitation
• Co-responsibility for the implementation and further development of quality standards as well as the professional development of the unit
• Active design and coordination of inpatient therapies
• Co-responsibility for deployment, work and holiday planning in collaboration with the team
• Leadership, promotion and development of employees in professional and personal terms
• Active representation of the department in interprofessional exchange and coordination meetings
• Treatment of patients in the inpatient area

Competences and potential

• Completed training as an occupational therapist FH
• Several years of professional experience in a hospital or rehabilitation environment
• Leadership experience and/or strong willingness to take on and further develop leadership responsibility
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility, actively shaping change and developing solutions together with the team
• Enjoyment of a varied and challenging hospital routine
• High quality and service awareness as well as openness to change processes
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Situational and differentiated communication skills
• Interest in continuous further education and personal development
