Head of Crane & Transport Services Region Northwest Switzerland (m/f/d) 100%

Workplace: Bubendorf (BL)

• you are responsible for the business area with locations in Bubendorf and Biel and are a member of the management of Welti-Furrer AG - Pneumatic Crane & Special Transports division
• you lead the business area with the departments sales, dispatch, and operations with about 16 employees - including 7 trucks / truck cranes and 7 cranes
• you support and advise selected customers in the assigned sales area
• you clarify feasibility, prepare offers, are responsible for sold orders and their execution

You are a flexible and resilient personality. Ideally between 30 and 50 years old, with good assertiveness and a high willingness to perform. In addition to an independent and team-oriented working style, you also have the following qualifications:

• Mandatory proof of a management function in Switzerland, ideally in an industrial / craft environment
• Professional experience in the construction industry, transport or industry, ideally in connection with cranes and/or transports
• Experience in customer consulting and sales as well as experience in project management
• Enthusiasm for heavy loads and demanding tasks
• Commercial experience and skilled in handling IT systems
• Driver's license category B required, category C/CE desirable
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Foreign language skills (EN, FR, IT) desirable
