Construction Foreman (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Independent management and organisation of building construction sites
• Coordination and leadership of employees
• Ensuring a smooth construction process regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Implementation of work preparation in coordination with site management
• Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
• Documentation of construction progress and participation in inspections

We Expect

• Completed further training as a certified foreman (m/f/d) in building construction or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in building construction, ideally in a leadership role
• Good knowledge of construction processes, plans, and technical drawings
• Assertiveness, organisational talent, and teamwork skills
• Responsible and independent working style
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
