At the Wiesenhaus , people with particularly demanding care needs live. We offer eight KBS places (KBS = Coordination and Counseling Center for extremely demanding placements) in a psychiatric setting that meet the specific needs of the residents.
The position is to be filled from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.
This is your task
You design and accompany the individual daily structure of the residents and face challenging situations. You take on daily responsibility, prepare and administer medication, document the care process, and participate in the further development of the department. Interdisciplinary collaboration is important to you, and you ensure that care and nursing meet current standards and legal requirements.

You are an independent and responsible person with a high degree of self-reflection. With your appreciative attitude and your humor, you joyfully care for people with primarily psychological impairments and contribute to a positive team dynamic. You use your organizational and communication skills constructively in your work. You are characterized by de-escalating actions as well as calm but firm crisis interventions.
