Residential Group Leader Psychiatry, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You take on the professional and personnel management of the psychiatric residential area for seniors with mental illnesses
• You lead the team and support it with your psychiatric expertise in complex situations
• Furthermore, you coordinate the care processes and ensure the quality of care
• You are also in regular contact with relatives and legal guardians
• Finally, you accompany the management team and support their further development
• The workload can be between 80% and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as a qualified nurse HF / FH
• For foreign qualifications, SRK recognition is required
• Targeted leadership training is an advantage but not a requirement
• Professional experience in the psychiatric field is indispensable for this role, for example in addiction disorders, depression, and/or personality disorders
• You have also already gained leadership experience
