Construction Manager / Construction Technician, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take on construction management and plan as well as realise demanding construction projects
• You will coordinate the construction work with all parties involved
• Your tasks also include tendering, awarding contracts, cost control, as well as realisation and adherence to deadlines
• Collaboration with suppliers, architects and client representatives, as well as communication with the construction site and project management, rounds off your challenging area of responsibility
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a basic education as an architectural draughtsperson / structural draughtsperson, bricklayer or generally in the main construction trade (m/f)
• Further training as a construction manager, construction technician or equivalent is a great advantage
• Are you also a resilient, competent and independently working personality?
