Head of Residential Group / Social Pedagogue (80 - 100%), m/f/d

Responsibilities

• You will lead the residential group with 12 employees and 8 residents
• You will work closely with other group leaders, authorities, and relatives
• You will also create fair and situation-appropriate staff deployment planning
• Participation in various projects rounds off your demanding and varied range of tasks
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training in social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification
• You have already gained leadership experience in a comparable role
• If necessary, you are also willing to actively support your team in daily work
• Do you see yourself as a resilient, well-organised, and humorous professional?
