The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from counseling for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as home care and support. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care offerings, we enable people to stay in their familiar home as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Up-to-date IT knowledge (MS Office, Perigon)
- High social, methodological, and professional competence
- Driver's license category B
- Independent and responsible working style
