• Personal advice and competent support for AHV and IV recipients
• Review and processing of new applications for supplementary benefits
• Calculation and determination of entitlement to supplementary benefits
• Conducting periodic revisions
• Clarifications with authorities and other social insurances
• Billing of medical expenses

• Completed commercial basic training and social insurance specialist certificate or equivalent further training desired
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of social insurance
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Enjoyment in dealing with people from different life situations and cultures
• High team spirit and enjoyment of working in a supportive environment
• Proficient IT skills
