The medical service of Domicil Bern AG was founded in spring 2024 and is still being developed – with room for co-creation and new ideas. If you want to live your passion for clinical work, are looking for an alternative to hospital routine, or if the classic general practice does not suit you right now, this position could be the right next step for you!
As a physician, you will care for the residents at the assigned locations together with an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) and regularly conduct rounds there, being mobile. Additionally, you will be responsible, alternating with your colleagues, for the medical telephone on-call service, for which the possibility of home office also exists. As a medical contact person for nursing professionals and APNs, you ensure high-quality and patient-centered care for our residents and make well-founded decisions quickly in urgent situations.

Your Profile
- Specialist in General Internal Medicine or General Practitioner
- Experience in geriatrics or palliative medicine is an advantage
- Driver's license category B desired
- Team-oriented, dynamic, and solution-focused personality
- Interest in co-creating and building up
