Your area of responsibility
- Operational implementation of the applicable sales strategy through efficient and targeted sales, selling, and acquisition activities in the Wädenswil region (including Rapperswil, March Höfe, Einsiedeln, and the left shore of Lake Zurich)
- Activation and processing of leads as well as acquisition of new customers
- Support and processing of existing customers and utilization or exploitation of the respective potentials with regard to the best possible and needs-based solution in sun protection
- Responsibility for the sales budget of the Zurich region and sales division with regard to quantity and price quality while complying with the applicable standards and regulations (sales policy, contract management, etc.)
- Traceable reporting on the achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales targets and activities

What you bring
- Technical basic training with a strong sales affinity and further training in sales or business administration
- Own network and regional anchoring in the sales region
- Several years of successful sales experience
- Market and industry knowledge in the construction-related trades, sun protection industry desired
- Good and confident negotiation skills
- Neat and representative appearance
- Profitable manners, sociable, independent, and resilient
- Sales talent, ambitious and strong in closing deals
- Sales-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and good risk assessment
