- Independent handling from invoicing through debt enforcement to loss certificate within your own area of responsibility (property and personal insurance)
- Independent handling of debt collection cases in private pension provision
- Telephone contact with internal and external customers
- Processing of payments, transfers, write-offs and clarifications of special cases
- Interface function to the claims department, CRM, accounting as well as external bodies such as debt enforcement offices and courts
- Handling of claims debt collection cases
- Handling of individual life debt collection cases
- Coordination and collaboration with teams from private pension provision
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Excellent French and German skills (mandatory), knowledge of Italian an advantage
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry in internal sales or customer service – experience in private pension provision an advantage
- Reliable, resilient and open personality
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills
- Committed team player with a good sense of humour
- Self-responsibility and decisiveness characterise you
