YOUR TASKS

Content support of existing SAP HCM application systems and consulting of existing customers
Customising of SAP HCM (PY) including schemas and calculation rules for existing and new customers
Collaboration in concept creation for the continuous improvement of our processes in the SAP HR environment, both in content implementation and process optimisation
Further development and continuous improvement of our customer-specific systems
Design and elaboration for further SAP HCM modules (BTP and SAP4/HANA)
Creation of requirements for larger ABAP developments for our external ABAP development team
Monitoring the implementation by the external ABAP development team
Optional development of smaller customer solutions (BAdIs / Reports / Enhancements) based on ABAP

YOUR PROFILE

At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP PY customising
Completed (technical) university degree or comparable qualification
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
Intercultural competence
Ideally experience in leading sub-projects
Experience in ABAP development is an advantage
