What you can achieve with us

Together with a dedicated team, you implement Curriculum 21 in teaching. You plan and design craft lessons in all three cycles as well as WAH lessons in cycle 3. In doing so, you teach blind and visually impaired students as well as children on the autism spectrum. You create a motivating, age-appropriate, and action-oriented learning environment and respond specifically to the individual needs of the children. For each student, you create individual education and support plans and implement them in collaboration with the team. In addition, you prepare lessons and materials for the class team, assist in managing student files and writing reports, and participate in site meetings and sessions. You also actively contribute to the organization and execution of special weeks and school events.

What you bring with you

You hold an EDK-recognized diploma in special education, a primary teaching certificate, or are studying for a Bachelor in Primary Education or a Master in Special Education. You approach challenges, such as those presented by students on the autism spectrum (AS) and with visual impairments, with the necessary professionalism and calm. Your manual skills and domestic flair shape your motivating teaching. You enjoy working in a team and contributing to a trusting and supportive atmosphere.
