About the job
To strengthen our team in the ward for addiction diseases of all substances, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You care for, accompany, and support people with multiple dependencies focusing on individual needs, promoting self-determination and resource activation
- Through your positive communication on an equal footing, you strengthen the relationship, convey security, and promote the willingness to change of the patients
- You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the optimal implementation of a recovery-oriented attitude
- You take on nursing tasks in close collaboration with qualified nursing professionals during the withdrawal and stabilization phase
- You share responsibility for ensuring the ordering system and carrying out household tasks on the ward
- You enjoy working mainly in the late shift
Profile
- Federal certificate of competence as a health specialist
- Organizational flair, solution-oriented communication, and enjoyment of working on an equal footing
- Ideally, you bring initial experience in the addiction field
- You are an optimistic, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a great sense of humor
- You like to participate creatively in the further development and optimization of ward processes
