- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring payment transactions
- Professional dunning and debt collection to ensure optimal liquidity
- Preparation and review of VAT returns as well as support with tax-related issues
- Active participation in the design and implementation of digitalisation and process optimisation projects in finance and accounting
- Further training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk or with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction, real estate, or project-oriented sector
- Proficient use of ERP systems and excellent user knowledge of Abacus
- High degree of personal responsibility, accuracy, punctuality, and a strong quality awareness

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as ensuring accurate financial reporting- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring payment transactions
- Professional dunning and debt collection to ensure optimal liquidity
- Preparation and review of VAT returns as well as support with tax-related issues
- Active participation in the design and implementation of digitalisation and process optimisation projects in finance and accounting
Profile
- Successfully completed commercial basic training with solid business management understanding- Further training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk or with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the construction, real estate, or project-oriented sector
- Proficient use of ERP systems and excellent user knowledge of Abacus
- High degree of personal responsibility, accuracy, punctuality, and a strong quality awareness
