What is my role?

Our client needs you as a Production Shift Supervisor - a position where you really make a difference:

• You lead your team of 6-10 employees both professionally and personally to success

• You plan the deployment of your production crew flexibly and proactively

• You are responsible for top quality, high productivity, and punctual deliveries during your shift

• You keep an eye on production processes and drive continuous improvements

• You get hands-on yourself: setting up, operating, and maintaining sophisticated production equipment are part of your daily routine

• You are the first point of contact for disruptions and technical challenges - and find pragmatic solutions

What do I need to be successful?

Ideally, you bring the following:

• A solid technical education that provides you with the necessary foundation

• Several years of practical experience in industrial mass production - you know the processes and challenges

• Ideally experience with forming technologies, but not mandatory

• You have already gained some leadership experience or are eager to take the next step

• You work independently, think solution-oriented, and are reliable

• Flexibility and resilience in a two-shift system are natural for you

• You are confident using a PC and routinely use digital tools
