Your tasks:
• Advising and supporting customers
• Preparing offers, developing project proposals and execution objects.
• Planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising the execution of projects and subcontractors
• Compliance with and monitoring of project specifications such as hours and costs.
• Procurement of services and goods from suppliers. Creating specifications, tenders, obtaining offers.
• Acceptance and handover of services to our customer and client.
• Creating and obtaining maintenance contracts.
• Informing the customer about changes in legal requirements and obligations.
• Regularly collecting data, creating reports and evaluations for own area as well as for customers.
• Monitoring cost development implementation.
• Promoting employees towards independence and further training.
• Defining measures to achieve goals.
• Assisting in the development of strategies and measures to ensure long-term growth of the TFM department.
• Compliance with KPIs for their area.
• Informing the supervisor of existing or foreseeable problems and deviations.
• Professional and private further education, learning by doing. Course and trade fair visits, specialist literature
Your profile:
• Training in HVAC/technical basic training in the direction of electrical/ IH specialist training or completed advanced training such as IH or FM manager
• Insightfulness and teamwork, customer and performance-oriented behavior in a service company
• Experience in the operational maintenance of building technical systems (HVAC)
• Resilient, conscientious, diligent, goal-oriented, assertive, good customer relations
• Leadership responsibility
• Good motivation
