Pricing and Commercial Analyst 80%-100%

Your tasks:

Development and implementation of pricing strategies as well as measures in sales and commercial controlling to sustainably increase profitability

• Creation and further development of sales and pricing reports in close cooperation with the international pricing community.
• Identification of deviations and problem areas as well as derivation and initiation of appropriate corrective measures
• Continuous development of the pricing system and pricing processes, including tools, training and consulting of the organization
• Development and implementation of pricing and sales control action plans together with the commercial organization
• Optimization of profitability based on customer value analyses and assortment development
• Support of the organization in price negotiations as well as in prioritizing commercial measures
• Conducting competitive and market analyses to continuously improve sales control
• Further development of the pricing strategy and the overarching pricing framework
• Implementation of tactical pricing initiatives to respond specifically to market and competitive situations

Your talents and experience:

• You have several years of experience in pricing and commercial areas or in a comparable function as well as a business education with a focus on pricing or commercial controlling
• You possess strong analytical skills, can interpret complex data in a structured way and derive concrete, actionable measures from it
• You have a solid understanding of business contexts and ideally experience working with pricing and commercial teams in an international environment.
• Your organizational talent and solution-oriented working style enable you to set priorities efficiently and consistently implement tasks
• You communicate fluently in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
• You are IT-savvy, structured and convincing, appear conflict-capable and friendly, and are characterized by a quick grasp
