This is what you can expect
- In this role, you report to the Teamlead Operations Planning & Control and are his right hand
- Together with him, you coordinate a smooth shift operation
- You support the Teamlead in personnel planning, optimizing processes, and identifying and eliminating weaknesses – you also contribute to system adjustments
- You are close to the action and support the 9-member team in daily operations – whether in process monitoring, material flow control, or personnel shifts across the entire logistics
- You are the communication hub between teams, shifts, and departments and make the right decisions to ensure that all orders are processed on time (cut-off times)
- You ensure order, occupational safety, and compliance with operational standards
This is what you bring
- You have completed vocational training (EFZ) and a mandatory further education as a logistics specialist or similar, such as process specialist
- You ideally have some leadership experience and are well-versed in various areas of logistics
- You think in networks, understand complex logistics processes, and enjoy optimizing existing workflows
- You convince with strong communication skills, assertiveness, and decision-making ability
- You work reliably and analytically – even when evaluating data and key figures
- You bring very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office skills (including Excel)
- You are willing to work in a weekly rotating shift (Monday to Friday between 05:00 – 23:00) and have a clean record
