We are H+O communications Ltd., a renowned communications agency in the healthcare sector, as well as healthbook, a medical publisher based in Zurich. Our expertise lies in the development of high-quality communication measures across print and digital channels.
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and organized Assistant Project Management & Events (100%) (m, f, d) who successfully supports our projects with organizational talent and initiative.
Your tasks
Project assistance: Supporting the team in planning, coordinating, and implementing communication and publication projects.
Event management: Organizing and managing training sessions, congresses, and webinars (on-site and virtual).
Communication & coordination: Internal and external correspondence, interface with partners, sponsors, and speakers.
Organization & administration: Scheduling, preparing meetings, creating presentations, documentation, and minute-taking.
Your profile
Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in assistance, project coordination, or event organization, ideally in healthcare, media, or service sectors.
Skills: Organizational talent, quick prioritization, fast comprehension, independent and solution-oriented working style.
Competencies: Confident use of MS Office, very good German and English spoken and written.
Qualification: Commercial training or studies or comparable background.
