Training Responsibility for Care and Support 80% – 100%
You will ensure that our learners and students in the field of care and support receive a high-quality, practical, and motivating education. In doing so, you will play a crucial role in securing the quality of training, strengthening the expertise of our team, and actively shaping the care of the future.
What can you achieve with us:
- Participation in recruitment: Selection and hiring of suitable learners/students in collaboration with HR and the living groups
- Support of the training path: Planning, implementation, and evaluation according to the training plan, feedback discussions, competency assessments, and final exams (including activity as an examination expert)
- Advising and empowering trainers to strengthen their competencies in training and promote learners/students
- Implementation and planning of LTT for HF students
- Support for trainers: Consulting, training, and organizing exchange and supervision meetings
- Coordination & organization: Scheduling with schools, guardians, and specialist offices; organizing internships and practical training days in collaboration with Advanced Practice Nurses
- Quality assurance: Documentation, performance evaluations, adherence to training goals
- Recognition processes: Consulting and support in the recognition of foreign diplomas
- Support and participation in clinical practice
What do you bring:
- Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH with a pedagogical additional qualification (SVEB2, federal certificate as a trainer or equivalent vocational pedagogical training)
- Professional experience in training and supporting learners in the nursing field
- Solid pedagogical knowledge and organizational strength
- Communication skills, assertiveness, and empathy
- Understanding of intercultural and pedagogical challenges as well as recognition procedures for foreign diplomas
