Your impact
You lead our construction projects in the role of client representative for renovations and new builds. With your many years of professional experience, you are responsible for the successful completion of the assigned construction projects and independently lead the commissioned planning teams. You monitor the planning and execution of the work with regard to quality, deadlines and costs, orienting yourself according to our investment strategy.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in civil engineering at Master’s level.
- You possess proven, practical skills in construction project management and are familiar with the Swiss real estate market.
- Many years of leadership experience and social competence
- You have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and creative judgement.
- You are committed and service-oriented.
- You have experience leading project teams.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form and business-level French complete your profile.
