Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. For the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Morges Hospital, we are looking for a:
Community Care and Health Assistant - ASSC (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE
- A Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a Community Care and Health Assistant (ASSC)
- Several years of successful experience in an acute hospital care service, ideally in surgery or urology
- Great autonomy while knowing how to work interdisciplinarily
- The ability to communicate positively and constructively
- Good command of common office and computer tools
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Provide care for the assigned patient considering their needs, care objectives, and medical orders, within your scope of competence and under nurse delegation, at the ASC but also in the urology department
- Support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the assigned patient and help organize daily activities.
- Ensure the adaptation and maintenance of the patient’s environment by maintaining cleanliness and strict hygiene in care boxes and overseeing supply, sterilization, and proper functioning of medical equipment.
- Optimize care through a personalized, comprehensive, multidisciplinary, and interprofessional approach.
- Work autonomously and manage pre-operative consultations (CPO) in collaboration with doctors, secretaries, and patient flow management.
- Contribute to medical procedures by assisting nursing staff and doctors during various interventions and preparing patients for treatments or surgeries.
