  • In the absence of the branch management, you take over the operational personnel leadership of the employees in the branch and ensure a smooth process
  • You actively contribute to achieving the branch goals
  • You understand and live the sales philosophy of Ochsner Sport and thus help to inspire our customers
  • You take over the creation and control of personnel deployment and holiday planning
  • You confidently operate the cash register as well as other digital devices such as smartphones and tablets to ensure a smooth sales process
  • You actively support the implementation of merchandising regulations to always present our products optimally
Our requirements:
  • You have a basic education in sales with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports sector
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in retail, ideally in the sports sector, are necessary
  • Sound industry knowledge in the sports field is required
  • You have already gained initial experience in employee leadership
  • You master the German language effortlessly, additional national languages are an advantage
  • You maintain an honest and respectful interaction with employees and superiors and always keep a cool head even in special sales situations and hectic times
