Your area of responsibility
- You assess and settle claims from ongoing life, health, disability, and pension insurance contracts
- You are responsible for making recommendations for claims processing and guidelines for claims negotiation
- Constant contact with lawyers and other third parties to gain guidance for the best course of action in the company's interest during claims investigation and negotiation
- You ensure timely processing of all documents related to claims in the life sector and respond to inquiries regarding claims processing
- Close collaboration with claims regulation regarding procedures, technical assessment, and customer support
- The responsibilities lie in the function of Claims (Life) as a generalist or in a combination of various disciplines
Your strengths
- You have completed a commercial basic education, higher vocational school is an advantage
- You already have experience in claims processing within occupational pension schemes
- Existing knowledge of jurisprudence in the area of the 2nd pillar, especially in the area of disability
- You possess a customer- and solution-oriented mindset, a quick grasp of concepts, and bring a high willingness to learn and resilience
- You are a team-oriented personality with a high degree of self-organization, communicate confidently in German, and preferably have knowledge of foreign languages
