Your tasks:
- Event project management within the Orbe premises
- Barista support for VIP visits within the NPTC buildings and off-site
- Preparation of coffee tastings (setting up glassware and preparing dosages and blends) and serving products during tastings
- Coordination with project managers responsible for products presented during events
- Support for organizing visits involving different Nestlé entities
- Booking rooms according to client needs
- Setting up rooms and coordinating with various services for setups (IT, catering, handyman, etc.)
- Sending commercial products to different Nestlé entities worldwide
- Operational and logistical management on the day of the event
Your profile:
- Continuing education in hospitality/reception or Diploma/CFC as a commercial employee
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of computer tools (Office suite)
- Driving license required
- Neat appearance
- Sense of interpersonal relations and customer service
- Autonomous and proactive
- Organized and able to prioritize
