The Cantonal Road Construction Office is looking for a/n for the road maintenance district 1 with the workshop in Kesswil starting on August 1, 2025 or by agreement.
Your tasks
- Management and organization of the maintenance district with around 20 employees
- Coordination of necessary maintenance and cleaning work on the cantonal roads
- Organization of the on-call service and operations manager in winter service and during special events
- Responsible for the workshop, the warehouse, as well as for the existing vehicles and equipment
- Assisting with administrative tasks using the PC and maintaining an operating cost account
- Responsible for the recording, allocation, and control of construction maintenance work, work for third parties, and repairs
Your profile
- Training as a certified construction manager in road construction or certified foreman in road construction with many years of experience and commercial training
- Management and organization of the maintenance district
- Coordination of necessary maintenance and cleaning work in road construction / road maintenance
- Leadership experience and high social competence
- Your negotiation and consulting skills with municipalities, road users, and organizational units complete your profile
