About the job

• Professional and personnel management of the financial accounting team
• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable,
  asset and general ledger accounting as well as internal control systems
• Independent preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to applicable
  accounting standards (OR, SGF)
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements, responsible for VAT and taxes
• Ensuring compliance with legal,
  tax and internal company requirements
• Responsibility for liquidity planning and cash management
• Ensuring audits and responding to internal and external enquiries
• Preparing reports, analyses, forecasts and decision-making bases
• Optimising and further developing processes, guidelines and tools
• Participation in budgeting, forecasts and financial planning
• Participation or leadership of projects for
  digitalisation and automation of administrative processes
• Responsible for client accounting
• Module responsibility ERP accounting (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)

• Advanced business administration education
• Several years of leadership experience in
  financial accounting, industry knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of relevant
  accounting standards and confidence in financial statements
• Confident handling of common
  accounting systems (ideally Microsoft Business Central)
• Analytical and networked thinking,
  sense of responsibility as well as a structured,
  independent working style
• Initiative, proactive and solution-oriented action
• Empathetic leadership personality with high
  social competence in the tension field between
  finance, medicine and administration
