Construction Cost Planner, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• For demanding construction projects, you calculate the costs and economic efficiency
• In doing so, you prepare construction descriptions and cost calculations and identify cost-critical issues early
• Additionally, you optimise the projects and take over cost controlling
• You also apply your tact in negotiations with contractors
• Your workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect, construction manager, construction technician, or architectural draughtsperson
• You have already gained professional experience as a construction cost planner
• Do you consider yourself thoughtful, solution-oriented, and strong in negotiation?
