We are an open-minded parish and are looking to support our 5-person maintenance/sexton team for the various church properties in Dübendorf and Schwerzenbach with you as an employee: maintenance with sexton duties and deputy responsibilities.

What are your tasks?

Assisting with maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of churches, parish houses and surroundings
Preparation and accompaniment of events, receptions and services
Technical support for events including operation of video, audio and lighting technology
Deputising within the maintenance/sexton team

What do you bring?

Completion of a craft apprenticeship and/or a Federal VET Diploma in maintenance
Good knowledge of handling electronic devices, technical equipment and Office applications
Willingness to work on Sundays, public holidays and evenings
Interest in church life and connection to the Christian faith
Outgoing personality with good rapport with all age groups
Driving licence (mobility is required)
