The Villa Blankenstein is a day structure without pay for people with mental impairments, where they can develop their abilities in a protected environment and actively participate in everyday life. A long-standing valued colleague is retiring. From 01.01.2027 we are looking for a
Your tasks
- You ensure a meaningful, creative and continuously adapted employment offer without performance pressure
- Professional, confident care and support of clients, also in acute phases
- You ensure interdisciplinary collaboration, conduct discussion rounds if necessary and maintain contact with internal and external agencies
- You gladly and skillfully take on administrative tasks such as journal and protocol keeping
Your profile
- You are a psychiatric specialist or social professional with solid psychiatric experience
- You are familiar with mental health conditions and bring experience in crisis intervention
- You look forward to applying your creativity and craft skills (crafting, sewing, painting, pottery, cooking, etc.)
- You are eager and happy to further develop and help shape the growing day structure offer of Villa Blankenstein together with the team
- You are a positive-thinking personality with sensitivity for people and remain calm and composed even in challenging situations
- Willingness for occasional evening shifts (Wed or Fri until 10 pm, approx. 2×/month)
