Your new tasks
- You support the Business Unit management in strategic projects in the field of E-Mobility and actively participate in the analysis of existing processes
- In doing so, you evaluate best practices from other business units at local and global levels and incorporate them into process optimisation
- In this context, you evaluate new technologies such as digitalisation and artificial intelligence and support the implementation of initial pilot projects
- Building on this, you derive optimisation potentials at the process, communication, and organisational levels and create an action plan together with the team
- Additionally, you contribute to the preparation of offers, project execution, and documentation of projects
Your talents and experience
- You are enrolled in a degree programme in engineering sciences, computer science, or business administration at a university or university of applied sciences and ideally have some relevant practical experience
- Practical experience in technology companies in operations, aftersales, product management, or project management would be ideal but is not necessary
- You have knowledge in process analysis, process optimisation, and process visualisation as well as in knowledge management and strategy development
- You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have some project experience
- Your working style is characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, and pronounced analytical and organisational competence
- You have very good German and good English skills. If you speak French, even better!
