The role offers a unique combination of controllership oversight, technical accounting leadership, and operational excellence within a managed services environment.

- Collaborate with EY specialists on complex technical accounting matters.
- Support regulatory reporting obligations, including SEC filings (as applicable), EU regulatory submissions, and SIX Swiss Exchange reporting.
- Direct and coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams across accounting, tax, FP&A, payroll, treasury, and related finance operations.

- Advise senior client stakeholders, including CFOs and Controllers, and contribute to board and audit committee materials.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and service delivery.

- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or finance leadership roles, ideally within multinational or publicly listed organizations.
- Strong technical knowledge across IFRS and/or US GAAP, with proven ability to operate flexibly across frameworks.
- Experience in Big 4 environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated capability to lead diverse, cross‑border teams in a hybrid delivery model.
- Hands‑on, structured, and solutions‑oriented approach; familiarity with SAP and modern financial technologies is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs
- Experience supporting public‑company reporting or SEC‑related processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in French or German.
