In the exciting position as Quality Specialist / Quality Engineer / Quality Representative for our accredited testing and calibration laboratory in Nänikon, no day is like the other. You have the opportunity to independently analyze problems, develop solution approaches, and participate in development projects to drive real change. In doing so, you build a deep understanding of processes and continuously expand your experience in quality management. In detail, you will take on the following tasks:Quality assurance and complaint managementRoot cause analysis of quality reports.Initiation and control of corrective and preventive measures.Process and quality management system (QMS)Further development and maintenance of processes and the QMS in close coordination with experts.Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and norms (e.g., ISO 17025, SAS, IECEE, OIML-CS, CSA).Test equipment managementAdministration and monitoring of test equipment management.Planning and execution of calibrations.Control of process quality and test equipment. Audit managementOrganization and leadership of internal audits.Continuous improvement process (CIP)Monitoring and control of the CIP.Tracking success indicators.Project work and consultingParticipation in cross-departmental projects.Consulting and training of internal departments on quality issues and processes.
