For our internal training for clients, at the production site Bösch 57 in Hünenberg, we are looking for a personality from June 1, 2026 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Conducting training lessons for clients of the day structure with salary (second labor market/protected workplaces)
- Planning, preparing and implementing teaching units
- Supporting clients in individual learning areas and in maintaining resources
- Applying adapted teaching methods and materials
- Professional responsibility for Supported Communication (UK) and Easy Language (LS)
- Leading an LS exam group and creating corresponding texts
- Conducting training for staff on the use of UK and LS
- Participating in a specialist group
Profile
- Training as a teacher or in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Further training in methodology/didactics (SVEB)
- Several years of experience working with people with disabilities
- Expertise in Supported Communication and Easy Language
- Good PC user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Metacom, Boardmaker)
- Experienced handling of IT infrastructure and tablets in teaching
- Communicative, independent personality with high social competence
