Our client is a successful Swiss company and is one of the market leaders in its field in Switzerland. With over 100 employees, the company continuously works on improving and renewing its internal platform. To strengthen the team, the company is currently looking for an IT Application Manager (m/f) who brings team spirit and enjoys developing professionally and personally.
- You support/advise projects in the implementation and deployment of new cloud services
- You create and process ITSM tickets in the processes of incident, problem and change management and handle service requests
- You monitor the performance and utilisation of the services and continuously drive their optimisation
- You plan and coordinate the necessary activities in application lifecycle management and implement them in consultation with specialists and suppliers
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as an application manager in operation, maintenance and further development
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, M365, collaboration tools (MS Teams), Windows Server, databases and virtualisation technologies as well as in application integration
- You live agile methods and work focused, organised and independently
- You convince with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
- You bring relevant experience in ICT project management
- You master the German language at a very good level and can communicate well in English

Responsibilities

Profile
- Completed degree in business informatics or comparable education and training- At least 4 years of relevant experience as an application manager in operation, maintenance and further development
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, M365, collaboration tools (MS Teams), Windows Server, databases and virtualisation technologies as well as in application integration
- You live agile methods and work focused, organised and independently
