Polymechanic – Quality Assurance for Permanent Position!
Activities
- Quality control of incoming components and finished products
- Initial sample inspections based on technical drawings
- Ensuring product quality during production including production releases
- Programming and operation of measuring systems (FARO, Keyence)
- Evaluation of deviations and initiation of appropriate measures
- Close cooperation with internal departments
- Further development of testing methods and procedures
Requirements
- Completed technical training, for example as a polymechanic
- Further training in quality management is an advantage
- Professional experience in a similar role in a plastics or metal processing company
- Experience in metrology (e.g. FARO measuring arm, Keyence 3D measuring device is an advantage)
- Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and high initiative
- Structured, precise and reliable working method
- Strong doer personality, with natural authority and confident appearance
- Fluent in German, English is an advantage
