YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Analysis and further development of HR processes in a modern S/4HANA system landscape with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- Design, implementation, and operation of new modules as well as support for the further development of existing solutions
- Handling support, change, and incident requests from the key user community
- Close collaboration with departments and IT colleagues for continuous optimization of HR systems
- Active participation in exciting projects – from conception to introduction, including functional and system integration tests
- Ensuring documentation and compliance with best practices
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or business administration – career changers with HR/IT experience and SuccessFactors know-how are also welcome
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and ideally other modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals)
- Technical understanding (authorizations, API, ABAP) is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law
- Experience in agile project work and confident handling in international teams
