Company Description
The Public Institutions for Integration (EPI) have the mission to contribute to the well-being and social and/or professional integration of people with disabilities or facing difficulties in professional and/or social integration. More than 900 people are supported in very diverse contexts.
An ambitious and meaningful project
We strengthen support and care practices in two reception structures, Kaolin and Intera, designed to meet the needs of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual developmental disorder (IDD) in complex situations.
This project, based on mixed socio-educational and medico-therapeutic support, aims to become an example of best practices, a reference place where the most recent, validated, and effective approaches will be implemented.

- to give beneficiaries the means to develop their skills and autonomy
- to provide professionals with a solid, innovative working environment supported by a structured methodology and a strong training and support system

Job Description
- Support people with ASD and challenging behaviors in their daily lives, using adapted and evolving approaches.
- Co-construct and implement individualized support projects in collaboration with a committed interdisciplinary team.
- Actively participate in experimentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of practices: you will be an actor of innovation.
- Promote socialization, cultural activities, and leisure, opening beneficiaries to the community.
- Bring your professional and creative perspective to make this project a collective and sustainable success.
Qualifications
- For the socio-educational assistant position: Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as socio-educational assistant
- For the community health and care assistant position: Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as community health and care assistant (ASSC)
- Knowledge of ASD and/or strong willingness to train deeply.
- Experience in support or care of people with challenging behaviors and in complex situations: an important asset.
- Strong interest in innovative approaches, research, and application of best internationally recognized practices.
- Strong interest and/or experience in interdisciplinary work
- Great adaptability, team spirit, and motivation to contribute to a large-scale project.
- Mastery of French and common office tools.
- Proficiency in the French language.
