Presentation
The School of Medicine (EM), attached to the Teaching Department of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine at the University of Lausanne, provides scientific and clinical training to nearly 2,000 students. It is organised into four complementary units: the Teaching Office, the Learning Assessments Unit (UnEvAp), the Medical Pedagogy Unit, and the Clinical Skills Unit.
UnEvAp is responsible for organising the theoretical exams from the 1st to the 5th year of medicine. This mission involves scheduling the tests, coordinating with numerous teachers, preparing the exams, and overseeing their conduct, partly using digital media.
The unit also contributes to ensuring the quality of assessments. It supports teachers in preparing their exam questions, analyses test results, and participates in the continuous improvement of assessment practices.
To temporarily replace a colleague on maternity leave, we are looking for a:

Contract duration: 6 months fixed-term contract
Activity rate: 60%
Workplace: UNIL-CHUV, Bugnon site
Your activities
Within this role, you will ensure the preparation, organisation, and administrative follow-up of exams for a set of teaching modules.
You will quickly familiarise yourself with the regulations and directives governing exams at UNIL, to guarantee rigorous and compliant management of the various stages.
In close connection with teachers and in regular contact with students, you will ensure smooth coordination and clear, professional communication, especially in writing.
This position requires excellent organisation, great rigour, and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks over several months while respecting precise deadlines.
Your profile
• Federal VET Diploma (or equivalent qualification) in a field relevant to the role
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the education sector
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Rigour, precision, and attention to detail
• Team spirit, availability, and flexibility
• Excellent writing skills in French (native speaker or equivalent level), with impeccable spelling
• Strong sense of confidentiality
