Assistant Cook Mountain Gastronomy (m/f/d)

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience as an assistant cook or kitchen all-rounder
• Good knowledge of food preparation and processing
• Independent working, attention to detail and quality awareness
• Language skills in German and/or English (B1)

What you can achieve

• Assistance with mise en place tasks and preparation of various dishes
• Cleaning duties in the kitchen in compliance with hygiene regulations
• Responsible for correct waste disposal and separation
• Assistance with snow clearing
• Support for other F&B outlets of the mountain gastronomy
