Your tasks
- Independent and responsible care and support of clients at home
- Taking over case management and shaping care processes
- Maintaining care documentation and service recording
- Active participation in the design and implementation of the care process in the care documentation
- Close cooperation with the care team and other professionals
Your profile
- Completed training as a nurse HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognised by the SRK
- Enjoyment of working in everyday Spitex
- Service-oriented and appreciative working style
- Independent, responsible and goal-oriented personality
- Driving licence category B

About us
The KZU with its two in-house day nurseries operates two care centres in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers older, care-dependent people a home and, in addition to various specialised services, a wide range of outpatient services. KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
