Production Operator Refining 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dedicated production operator who manages modern refining plants with passion and expertise?

• You control and monitor state-of-the-art production facilities and ensure smooth operations

• You implement ERP orders, method instructions, and work directives precisely in practice

• You keep an eye on all process parameters and meticulously document the production processes

• You carry out important quality and process controls, contributing to product excellence

• You actively assist with cleaning, product changes, and plant conversions

• You think ahead: you report malfunctions and deviations immediately and contribute your improvement ideas

• You uphold the highest standards regarding GMP, quality management, safety, hygiene, and environmental protection

• You work in a varied 3-shift system with occasional seasonal weekend shifts

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for motivated production professionals who want to get started with passion and know-how in a modern production environment!

You bring the following:

• Completed technical or food technology vocational training (EFZ), e.g. as a food technologist, meat specialist, baker/confectioner, plant operator, chemical or pharmaceutical technologist, or a comparable qualification

• Ideally experience in a production company in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry

• Strong technical understanding and quick comprehension

• Confident handling of process control systems

• Forklift licence desirable

• Reliable, independent, and responsible personality

• Strong team skills, high flexibility, and excellent communication abilities

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
