Team Leader CNC Turning (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the turning team with about 10 employees
• Promotion and further development of employees
• Deployment planning of employees and production resources (turning, gearing, conventional machining)
• Qualitative and timely delivery of the required parts
• Responsible for detailed planning regarding deadlines and optimal machine utilisation (24h operation, unmanned night shifts)
• Responsible for continuous process improvement
• Leading and actively participating in projects to improve the area (production resources, organisation)
• Responsibility for compliance with safety regulations and maintenance
• Supporting employees in programming, setting up and operating CNC turning machines

Your profile

• You have proven leadership experience
• You have completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or an equivalent technical basic education
• You have technical further education at HF or FH level
• You bring several years of professional experience in the production of mechanical components on CNC turning machines
• You have experience in Lean Production
• You possess a pronounced customer orientation, solution-oriented action as well as a structured way of working
