What you can make happen

You enable patients to find a way out of the crisis and to access a better quality of life and self-determination
You support the chief physician in the conceptual development of the Biel psychiatry service, especially the Biel outpatient service
You contribute your ideas and specialized knowledge and develop with us the general examinations, treatments, and special consultations
You are part of the backup service in the on-call system and, if you wish, can take on additional percentages in the outpatient sector

You have a specialist title in psychiatry/psychotherapy (FMH or recognized by MEBEKO) and enjoy collaboration with somatics, for example in the fields of obesity, oncology, or gynecology
Ideally, you already have management experience and possess strong social skills
You are a flexible, independent, collegial, and enthusiastic person and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
You have good knowledge of French and German (at least level B2) and want to experience bilingualism
