For our goods receipt, we are looking for a reliable and committed individual who supports our team with organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility in a part-time capacity of 50%, Monday to Friday.
Your tasks
- Recording all incoming and outgoing materials in the system
- Checking and reporting non-compliant deliveries
- Administrative support in creating transport orders
- Communication with drivers, internal interfaces, and external contacts
- Processing orders in Jira, ERP system, and PowerBi
- Compliance with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards
- Reporting safety-relevant incidents to the supervisor
- Flexible support of the team with other administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in logistics or comparable professional experience
- Several years of practical experience in goods receipt or logistics
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of common IT systems (MS Office, ERP)
- Communication skills and confident appearance
- Independent, structured way of working
- Resilience, even in stressful situations
- High flexibility, especially regarding work assignments in the part-time model
