Head of Nursing / Registered Nurse, 70-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the personnel, professional and cooperative leadership of your team in a residential group
• Additionally, you take on staff deployment planning and regularly participate in nursing reports, discussions and meetings
• As the person responsible during the day, you actively work in nursing, ensuring nursing quality and compliance with nursing processes
• You mainly work early shifts until 15:30 and late shifts until 20:00
• The workload can be between 70 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse FH / HF / DNII or equivalent (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• Targeted leadership training is an advantage but not a requirement
